If registration renewals come up constantly in your business and you would rather hand them to someone else than talk another customer through a county office visit, our partner program is for you. You refer, we do the administrative work, and you earn a commission on every completed request.

You earn when a referred request is paid and completed. Payouts are issued on a regular schedule once your balance passes the minimum.

Your code can carry a discount on our service fee, so referring us is doing your customer a favour rather than sending them a bill.
How it works

Apply
Tell us about your business and how you would refer customers. We review every application by hand — we are not looking for volume, we are looking for a fit.

Get approved and set up
We create your partner account, your referral code, and your tracking link, and agree your commission terms in writing before anything goes live.

Refer customers
Share your link or hand out your code. The referral is attributed automatically when the customer starts a request, and it sticks through checkout.

Get paid
Commission is credited when a referred request is paid and completed. Track it in your dashboard and get paid on the regular payout schedule.
How commission is calculated
Commission is paid on our service fee only
- Your terms are agreed in writing before you start referring, as a flat amount per completed request, a percentage of the service fee, or a tiered rate.
- Commission is earned when a request is completed, not when it is started. This protects both of us from paying out on requests that get cancelled.
- Refunded requests reverse the commission. If we refund a customer, the matching commission is reversed against your next payout.
- Self-referrals do not earn. Using your own code on your own request is not a referral.

What we ask of you
Everything we promise our customers, we ask our partners to hold to as well. As a partner you agree that you will not:
- Describe us as a government agency, an official service, or as affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the State of Florida, the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles department, or any county tax collector.
- Use government seals, emblems, or .gov-styled branding in anything that promotes us.
- Promise instant, same-day, expedited, or guaranteed processing, or any specific outcome. We do not control timing or approval, and neither do you.
- Present our administrative service fee as a government charge, or hide it. It must always be described as a separate fee for our work.
- Tell customers they are required to use us. They are not, and we say so on every page.
- Bid on our brand name in paid search, spam, cookie-stuff, or use incentivised or automated traffic.
- Submit a customer’s information without that customer’s knowledge and consent.
Breaking any of these ends the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission. These are not negotiable — our whole model depends on customers understanding exactly who we are.
Common questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and no minimum volume requirement.
Do I need to handle the customer's paperwork?
No. Once you refer them, we handle the whole request and communicate with the customer directly. You are welcome to stay in the loop, but nothing depends on you.
What do you tell me about my referred customers?
That a referral converted and what you earned. We do not share your customers' personal details or vehicle information with you, and we would not share yours with another partner either.
Can I offer my customers a discount?
Yes. We can attach a discount to your code, applied to our service fee. Government charges are never discounted because they are not ours to discount.
How long does a referral stay attributed to me?
The referral is captured when the customer arrives through your link or enters your code, and it stays attached to that request through checkout. We will confirm the attribution window in your terms.
How am I paid?
By bank transfer on our regular payout schedule, once your balance passes the minimum. Every payout is itemised by request in your dashboard.
